Åfysatan is a whimsy punk unit insinuated in 2014 by Jocke (Clawfinger), Stipen (Dia Psalma/Strebers) and Misha (ex-Rövfitta). The band is said to never rehearse and only write songs while recording giving all songs a fresh feel with no overworked arrangements or any room for overplaying. The band is also said to have a spontaneous live act with giggly dialogues between songs and are often dressed in revealing costumes. In the spring of 2015 they recorded three EP's over three weekends with which they went on tour with in Sweden later that year as opening act for Strebers and Dia Psalma. After this the band made only a few gigs and in 2017 they released their fourth effort, Allt Över 10 Är Synth EP, whose songs were only aired live once in Växjö. Since then, their inactivity has been a deafening silence to the scene. Until now. On April 1st 2022, Åfysatan will release their new EP Nörd, Inte Störd. An EP containing six new high speed punk gems for the world to hear. And understand, if they speak Swedish.
