Steven Neufeld is an explosively inventive multi-instrumentalist, melodic punk artist, and producer based out of both Germany (EU) and California (USA). He has spent almost 3 decades carving out his musical pathways by partaking in legendary underground pop/rock/punk bands: HeyMike!, Craig's Brother, Brookhurst and This Legend. He is a man who wears many hats.. some would say 'too many'. Songwriter. Vocalist. Guitarist. Bassist. Drummer. Engineer. After spending his reckless youth touring the US, Japan and Europe (and partaking in well over a dozen studio releases along the way), Neufeld has recently been focusing heavily on self-producing and releasing his unique brand of quirky melodic punk music under his own name. He put out his first official LP in 2019 titled "Outmaneuvered", a raw bedroom-made recording. His second LP is a 10-song LP titled "Craig's OTHER Brother," which was released on Thousand Islands Records (N. America) and White Russian Records (EU) in 2021, and showed off something more 'put together'. His song "I Swear To You" was featured on Spotify's "New Punk Tracks" playlist, raising his monthly listener base to over 10k fans at the time, and caused nuclear warfare.. (at least in your earbuds). Now, it's 2023. Things are weird. Go figure. Neufeld is currently pro-actively recording, mixing, and releasing new songs on a regular basis (in the form of singles, ready to mingle), and is planning the gory details of a future LP. The people will bow to it.
