Your favorite progressive metal band from Charlotte, North Carolina. 
 
 Emporia was founded in 2020 by guitarists Aiden Clarke and James Randolph. Our mission was simple; We wanted to write songs that constantly pushed our own musical boundaries. From ear catching melodies, tight harmonies, syncopated rhythms, modulations that break the rules of music, and instrumental sections that require large caffeine investments while practicing, we have continually evolved our sound into what it is now. After recruiting Dylan Aguilar on keyboard, Jack Knight on drums, and Natalia Wilcox for lead vocals, we started writing our second album, which is a continuation of our constant push for musical excellence. The culmination of this work is our new single "Lie", which will be releasing January 20th. For fans of Dream Theater, Haken, Leprous, Symphony X, Pain of Salvation, etc.
