NEW ALBUM September 2023. Camilla Susann Haug was born in Mo i Rana in the North of Norway in 1974. She studied Classical singing at the Norwegian State Academy of Music in Oslo the late nineties and has since then been performing and writing music. On her upcoming album "HIMMELSK EKVATOR" (Celestial Equator) she’s inspired by Classical Indian music, as Carnatic compositions and ornaments. The result can be described as «Songs from the North influenced by musical colours of India. Norwegian folk - sounding atmosphere mixed with eastern musical virtuosity».
