The Finest Tree is a duo from Yogyakarta, Indonesia, consisting Cakka Nuraga (Vocals/Guitar) and Elang Nuraga (Guitar/Vocals) formed on March 20, 2012. At the beginning of their appearance, The Finest Tree was produced by Eross Candra (Sheila On 7). The involvement of Eross Candra with The Finest Tree was preceded by a meeting of Eross and Cakka in 2007 when Cakka was a child. They were involved in a similar advertising project. In that time, Eross got to know Elang, Cakka's brother. Eross met with Cakka again in 'Idola Cilik 2' a year later. Since then, Cakka and Elang's musical talent was sensed by Eross Tingle. In December 2012, The Finest Tree launched their first album entitled 'Hijau'. 'Lupa Bawa Nyali' became the mainstay single in the album. Then, they joined Universal Music Indonesia in August 2014. A new album with single entitled 'Kau dan Aku' became their next creation under the label. The Finest Tree has not been with the label since September 2019. Then The Finest Tree released the EP Album Remake entitled "Tertujuh" independently in November 2019. Although still young, a number of awards have been won by The Finest Tree, including Nomination "Duo Terdahsyat" Dahsyatnya Awards 2014 and "Breakthrough Artist of the Year" Indonesian Choice Awards 2018. From now on, The Finest Tree is ready to return to the stage with more fresh music.
