Hailing from Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, The Art of Deception is a group of 4 friends united by their love of metal music. Releasing 2 EP's and a multitude of singles throughout the 8 years of being a band. Despite multiple challenges and lineup changes, the band is set to release their new single "Despondency" off their upcoming EP "Imminence". The Art of Deception was formed with the goal in mind to make and share the music we love with the world, and we still continue that aspiration. For fans of August Burns Red, Whitechapel, and After The Burial. The Art of Deception has big plans for 2023, releasing a new EP “Imminence” later this year!
