Биография
Outlaws in perhaps the most African, Indigenous and rhythmic style of blues, Carlos Elliot is a band that is considered pioneers of hill country blues in Latin America and stand outs in the new electric blues, alternative rock, and world music scenes. Touring in over 16 countries across three continents, the band brings a unique experience connecting people and causes. The band boldly forges contemporary blues and rock to create a hypnotic groove of percussive guitars leading to all night long Juke Joint dancing parties. Their songs deliver poetic meditations on love, equality, ecological concerns and indigenous struggles. With their music and stage shows, have garnered support from a broad gamut of like-minded souls, including grey-bearded rockers, blues purists, world-music devotees, and a new energetic indie / alternative lovers. Carlos Elliot Jr., Indian guitarist from the Colombian Andes, immersed himself in the blues at its birthplace, and was adopted by the scene of North Mississippi, where he has played for the last 12 years alongside shamans, renegades and legends. In 2013, American producer and guitarist Bobby Gentilo joined forces with Carlos, creating an alchemy of intense droning bass and trance infested guitar grooves. The band is rounded out by Colombian drummer Eduardo “Lil-Beast” Oviedo, fiercely adding powerful modern rock, African, and Latin rhythms to the fold. Their music has resonated on TV & radio charts. Their fifth album'll be released in 2023.
