A sunny day in spring
A coffee on the porch to start the afternoon
Where life is slow and boredom always looms
And this will be the same
Until his heart decides that it's attacking him
The cars collide the glass is blowing in
The neighbors gather round
To listen to the way your breathing sounds so bad
They wonder if they'll hear you breathe your last
A lawn they need to mow
It took them from the show they'll never get to view
I guess it's all because of you
When you're floating far away
They're filing important things
When your body is in the ground
They'll feel the weight of troubled days
An interruption plainly
Their minds return to what they knew
I'll try and think of you
The problem in the yard
They tell the paramedics what a crazy day
We heard the crash and called you right way
The shells look so absurd
The wreckage of their daily drivers in a mess
Oh well it could be worse they guess
