RATRACE were formed in Northampton (England) in early 2021 at the end of the pandemic by Seb Walton (Guitar & Vocals), Riley Worrall (Bass & Vocals) and Fred Leatherland (Guitar). With Riley originally playing drums for a number of shows, they decided to move to a four piece in November 2021 and invited their friend Mitch Fuller who played drums with RATRACE until July 2022. Fred left the band in late 2022 and subsequently their friend Harry Hales joined as drummer. The line-up has remained as Seb, Riley and Harry since as they look forward to their next releases. 
 
 RATRACE take inspiration from modern pioneers of punk such as IDLES and shame. They also take inspiration from alternative artists such as Meat Wave and Meatbodies among others. RATRACE work closely alongside other Northampton bands who have had an influence on their attitude and passion to make music since they formed.
