Fritz Hutchison’s second album Movie Night weaves through a myriad of genres with playful abandon, expanding on the americana roots of his debut Wide Wild Acres. Surrounding a lyrical theme of friendships come and gone, the celebrations of chosen love and lamentations of personal loss are clothed in raucous horns, flowing strings, driving guitars and buoyant percussion. The majority of instrumentation is performed by Hutchison himself, but features fantastic contributions from BodaciousThang, Trevor Turla, Aryana Nemati, Meyadi and others.
