Whom to trust?
Who could know
Just what that meant:
Expert?
People are so ungrateful,
It's quite hard on Chairmen.
Directors of Planning must be given
The right to make Plans
Just as say,
The woodworm
Must bore.
So too
Advisors must
Advise.
