He performed under the moon
Stashed away in the dark of the streets
Like a begging rat dressed in maroon.
He was aware that his mind was impaired
The wealthy men all laughed
And his pride was consumed

For I will hide in the shadows and deliver them unto death"
I know this city cause I follow their tracks
I make my move when they're alone and stab into their backs
Quickly dress into their clothes
Make my way into their homes
"Hello wife and kids, won't you play a game with me?!"
He tucked the lifeless kids into bed
He danced with the mother and kissed her forehead
This was a life he has always longed for
But his empty billfold made him want them dead
He gathered his things and snuck out through the window
He tossed the bodies into the sewers below

A chatter of screams rang in his head
He wanted another dead.
He spotted a man who resembled disgusting swine.
Another kill just in time
But as the knife pierced the man's heart,
An alarm began to start
He fled the scene and headed for home
But as he opened up the door
He was greeted by a fist and hit the floor
"All of the bodies have been found"
The screams in head once more began to resound
He awoke in a room surrounded by bars
Left with minimal clothes
And a ring he stole from one of his victims
A royal emblem of a snake
A treasure in his mind
For it sparked a bit of life back into his eyes
The mirror outside his cell
A reflection of wealth
Captivated by his former self
Suddenly a light shined through
A child appeared in the room
He shouted "Follow me"
He quickly found his way outside of the rotting halls
The boy put a gun to Enzo's face
"You have a fondness for snakes?"
Starring at the ring on his finger,
