The complete artist - a singer, songwriter, and producer hailing from Houston’s North Side, LeeLonn grew up in a family filled with music - his grandmother and great aunts were vocalists and his stepdad introduced him to core Hip-Hop & Neo Soul. Ultimately he fell in love with music from every genre. Thus, it’s no surprise that he became enamored with music before he could even speak. As an artist with a vast musical background, even he cannot limit himself to one genre. He calls his style of music “millennial soul” - allowing his generation to hear a rebirth of soul, R&B, and urban contemporary. He humbly says of himself as an artist, “I’m birthing abundance - As someone who has overcome so much, I’m ready to be an example and show others how to face and overcome their innermost issues by breaking generational curses and empowering others to use what’s already within them, just as he’s had to do on his journey to peace and reconciliation …and LeeLonn has come very far. He’s worked with artists like Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Ledisi, opened for Miguel, Big Sean, J.Cole, Janine, The-DREAM, and performed for President Barack Obama and other U.S. Presidents. In the near future, LeeLonn will heal hearts through his art, bring awareness to mental health issues, and accompany people along their journeys, being the voice that fills the voids within them.
