Биография

Luiz Macedo has an eclectic musical formation. It goes back to his childhood, conducted by regional sounds of acoustic guitar and cavaquinho, and his youth, divided between Geology at the college and classic study of composition and trumpet at the City's Young Symphonic Orchestra. Parallel to this, Luiz worked as an arranger for ball orchestras, theater soundtracks and playing with bands such as Sossega Leão, Heartbreakers and Karnak. From this macaroni and his natural curiosity for mixtures, the path for a sound producer was already chosen. From Jukebox he composed since the soundtrack for Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum, winner of the Sharp Music Award, until the recently made soundtrack for "The Apprentice" and the movie "Muito Além do Peso", going through hundreds of jingles and radio spots. Nowadays at Jukebox he is divided between a successful career in advertisement making and artistic composing.
