Selma Bajrami is a Bosnian pop-folk singer. She was born on July 4, 1980 in Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina. She recorded her first album, Kad suza ne bude... in 1998 at the age of only 18. From a very poor country at the time, she achieved a really huge success throughout the Balkans, especially in Serbia, where she introduced herself to the audience in 2001 in the show "Grand Show". With the album Kakvo tijelo Selma ima she deservedly won the hearts of the audience and became one of the biggest Bosnian stars ever. So far, she has recorded 8 studio albums; Kad suza ne bude... (1998), Ljubav si ubio gade (1999), Revolucija (2001), Žena sa Balkana (2002), Kakvo tijelo Selma ima (2004), Ostrvo tuge (2007), Zakon sudbine (2010) and Selma (2014). She considers the album Zakon sudbine to be her best album, which she created exclusively according to her taste and inspired by events from her private life. Selma is currently dedicated to work on the 9th studio album that she is preparing for her audience on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of her career.
