He was living the perfect life,
Something great, something away from the strife,
No-one bad thought about the razor or the knife,
Concentrating only on the good success was all he strived,
He was happily in love with his girl,
They were perfect together, she lit up his world,
See they werent just a couple, they were best friends,
Both making an oath, they're a couple til the very end,
But one day a severe pain had come across his lungs,
He didnt react, he just let it go for several months,
He never thought about the consequence or his loved ones,
He just constantly felt the pain as it always comes up,
But it got worse and worse as the days went by,
So the question came up, he asked the doctors why,
The doctor took a test to find the answer,
Days later, the doctor called and said "You've got cancer."
How could this happen what am I supposed to do?
I am tearing into pieces at the thought of losing you,

He felt his heart drop straight to the floor,
He didnt know what to do no more,
He hesitated to tell his mum and his dad,

She fell straight to the floor screaming in tears,

Together they searched to find him with his woman,
Screaming what the hell and what the hell are you doing,
We need to go and get your lung completely repaired,
The doctor said we'll give him surgery but just be aware,
I cant understand that wouldn't can you try to lie?

Together they sat confused in the waiting room,
They wonder how this all could even happen so soon,
Hours past as they all sit staring at the moon,
Scared faces all round as they think about the wound,
The sudden sound of doors opened the eyes of war,
The doctor slowly walks over to them tryna stand tall,
But the look on his face had expressed the outcome,
The tears they slowly fall as he says 'im sorry we've lost your son"
His mum, dad and his girl break down in disaster,
The treatment was too late and made it spread faster,
Weeks later came the funeral, family and friends,
They all scream and cried knowing he's now at his end,
His girl continued to cry, she began to cut,
It was just so unfair he didn't get to grow up,
But thats the pity of life everything comes unexpected,
That within time you're gone without one sort of detection,
