Winter time
We gathered all our supplies
For harvest time
When the seeds sprout into life
When the shepherd's dog herds them all
And the rains begin to fall
At the break of dawn the sun comes along
Bringing my knees to the earth
A soothing breeze under the willow tree
Where I'd hide as a child
And dream this dream where you'd be with me
And we'd promise never to part
On a big old ranch and a blueberry patch
Where we'd run and eat for free
A world so vast and the time would last
All our doubts and fears would be kind
