A reoccurring process of refusing progress
What will it take for us to turn things around?
And I plead for winds to change and to push us forward
But it seems like all our prayers were left unheard

Can we learn how to break the cycle
And reimagine the lives we lead?
Reach out in praise of others than ourselves?
Because in shades of mediocrity
It seems our words fall silent
And like emptiness in harmony
We say, "We love, but we do it so much less"
Did our ambitions falter or did we just forget?
Can we define our problems and try to disconnect?
Rebuild the world we deemed as lost
Relive the dreams we had inside our hearts
