The hues coalesce from a setting sun that
Illuminates a sight where wonders abound and conditions are sound
So we'll call this our little corner of the universe.
The moons they set up high in the night sky.
The twinkling stars shine so bright, but
Distant galaxies don't mean much to me
Because we are where we wanna be.
Excitement fills each step of our journey.
Oh, there's no end to the beauty seen.
There's no one to disturb or direct where we go
And they won't have to know.
So we'll take this time to let our burdens drift away.
We will lie beneath the stars until it dawns another day
And we will find our bliss until our duties summon us
But take every chance to return to our little corner of the universe.
Throughout the cosmos, I'm certain I can say
That nobody else could make me feel this way
I've learned long ago there's something about you
That kindles the joy in everything that we do.
