I always thought of you as a friend but I hate who you are when you drink. It's like you have two faces. One respectable, one repulsive. Seeing less of the side of you I like. It's hard to look past it when you're drunk every night. I lost grasp of the good I saw in you. Your behavior has reduced your value. I can't stand to be in your presence Especially when you show no penance. No deference, no more sympathy. I always thought of you as a friend but I hate who you are when you drink. It's like you have two faces. One respectable, one repulsive. You make a fool of your self night after night You're blind to the fact, you can't fucking see That you embarrass those around you There is no moderation. You always lose control. You can make a change now before it is too late So don't look to me when it all falls apart. You think it won't impose but one day it will Just a matter of time 'til alcoholism's instilled
