Go_A is a Ukrainian band that combines authentic Ukrainian vocals, modern electronic dance beats, African drums, and a powerful guitar drive into an explosive musical mix. The band members are vocalist Kateryna Pavlenko, multi-instrumentalist and sound producer Taras Shevchenko, woodwinds player/backing vocalist Ihor Didenchuk and guitar player Ivan Hryhoriak. Live performances of Go_A are filled with unique musical atmosphere and are remembered by the incredible energy, ethnic drive, and a constant dialogue with the audience that is actively involved in the band’s concerts. Go_A gained popularity after the release of the single "Vesnyanka", which gave them a chance to win the contest "The Best Track in Ukraine". The single became #1 in the "10Dance" hit parade on the main Ukrainian dance radio station KISSFM and had been holding its position for 6 weeks in a row. During its existence, the band has performed at many festivals in Ukraine and beyond - in Israel, Poland and Belarus. In 2020, the band won the Ukrainian national selection for Eurovision with the song Solovey and became the official Ukrainian entry for Eurovision 2020 and 2021, as well as the first participant in the history of Eurovision to present the song entirely in Ukrainian.
