Born and raised in Sweden, Avera made her official debut as a DanceSport DJ in 2013 with Casa Musica. By being a daughter of a nightclub DJ and having a caring mother who nurtured both her musical talents and passion for dancing, Avera had all the tools she needed to hone her craft. It wasn't until she was a teenager she started fusing her world of ballroom dancing and her hobby (at the time) of mixing music. Shortly thereafter she found her calling as a DanceSport DJ. Her popularity in the ballroom world quickly grew at the age of 21. After her debut, she started collaborating with other labels and playing at DanceSport competitions all over the world! At 2016 she decided to start her own label, DanceSport Records (DSR). She quickly invited DJ Maksy to join her and Ladislav Fejes to help her manage the company. Today Avera is one of the top leading producers in the DanceSport world and puts all her energy into growing her label and nurturing new talent. In 2020 she scouted Korotkoff who she now mentors to become another addition to her powerhouse. By bringing together the most innovative forces in the DanceSport music industry and also collaborating together with other bands, singers and producers, Avera & Ladislav have continuously and successfully elevated the quality of DSR's releases every year!
