TWIN NOIR is a Punk / New Wave / EDM duo from Berlin, driven by a tape machine. The duo develop its power by doing minimalistic lyrics in german language, combined with powerfull basslines, sound spheres by guitar, synthesizers and dark danceable electronic club sounds. Without a computer, the two artists Cody Barcelona (sound, guitar, voice) and Ian Volt (bass, voice) are working in complete analog. Driven by a sampler, a theremin and a tape machine, they have created a truly unique and raw sound experience. TWIN NOIR was founded in spring 2021. After releasing their first EP in autumn 2021, the band started to play shows in Germany, Mexico, Portugal, Czech Republic and the UK. With their debut LP -2 punks and a tape machine- TWIN NOIR will Tour entire Europe in 2023. TWIN NOIR - 2 Punks and a Tape Machine
